Ice Cream

Need;
1.  Paper Plate
2.  Puff Balls
3.  Glue
4.  Food Coloring or Liquid Water Color
5. Men's Shaving Cream, preferably non scented

Mix the glue, shaving cream, and coloring together.  Scoop it onto the plate...
